Depression is a major problem in the world today. A problem that has accounted for the wide cases of #suicide in the world today.

  • Create your own Social group
  • Regular Exercises
  • Nurture yourself with good #nutrition.
  • Identify troubles, but don’t dwell on them.
  • Express yourself.
  • Try to notice good things.
  • Use Anti-Depressants

Your Mental state of mind is your most prized possession. Guard it jealously!
